The interview process was smooth. It was a 3 step interview process , beginning with screening interview, Hiring Manager interview, group panel interview. I wish they gave feedback as to why my candidacy was not selected and were more pro-active in relaying information about selecting another candidate without me having to ask them a few times. The interviewer was less personable and more into ticking off questions and getting the answers they wanted to hear.
