I was flown to a Philips location and interviewed with a Director and two Managers. They asked numerous questions about my technical background and how I work with team members. I left the interview invigorated and excited. I was given an offer while at the airport.

Describe your background and what makes you qualified for the position.
The interview was generally quite informal, without many technical or complex questions as I may have expected. Process took over 3 months to finalise the contract after being offered the role.
3 rounds of interview. Took 3 months as they short list. Not complex gave to meet different departments. By the time the head of apac sees you more or less you got the job
