Delayed and Confusing. The roles kept on changing. Whole process took 6 -8 weeks and till last communication they kept on changing roles.In the end I was informed that they are looking for some one junior so that they can be groomed !! The manager who took interview had very limited knowledge on technical, quality and domain and was constantly interjecting during interview.Associate director who took interview was good and she was very understanding and knowledgeable.
