I had a group interview with 3 people After the interview, I was told that I would hear back in about 3-4 weeks. I reached out to HR after 4 weeks and was told I would hear back in another week. After that, there was no further communication despite multiple attempts to reach out to HR and the manager I was basically ghosted. Advice to HR/Managers If you take the time to invite candidates for interviews at least have the courtesy to update them regardless of the outcome. Whatever happened to the “human” in Human Resources? I really had high expectations for this company, but my view has been totally changed based on my experience post-interview. Perhaps your human resources or hiring managers would benefit from reading: “Leading the Workforce of the Future: Inspiring a Mindset of Passion, Innovation, and Growth” Best wishes

Interview was pretty relaxed. Not too many difficult questions. Had a tour of the facility and met multiple people in different positions. Overall, place was nice, but old building. Looks like some needed renovations could help.
