The interviewing process was great! Loved having a few conversations over the phone before going in for an official interview. This helped me form a better idea that the position was something I was definitely interested in and allowed me to form a connection prior to the in-person interview, making me feel less nervous. During the in-person interview, everyone was very nice, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I was able to show them my true character, compared to other interviews that care more about your resume and experience and not how you will actually fit in with the team.
