Entrevista
The people that had interview me were very nice. They asked me my experience and how long I've been grooming, which at the time of my interview I've been grooming for 18 yrs., taught grooming, open up 2 successful mobile grooming salons. One in the high desert in 2004 and the other in San Bernardino county 1995. Both mobile salons are still successful but not owned by me anymore but one is owned by my daughter in law whom I taught how to groom and the one in the high desert is owned by my other daughter in law which I taught my son how to groom. All my grandkids starting at the age 12 can groom as good as me. Let alone my cousin is 61 in the nation registered dog behaviors and flyes all over the world for seminars on her new guinnie singing dogs. We have a lot of history when it comes to dogs. Plus, I had to groom some dogs to show I knew how to groom.
The Petco interview process typically begins with an application review followed by a phone screening to discuss your experience, availability, and interest in the role. Candidates who advance are usually invited to an in-person or virtual interview with a hiring manager, where they are asked about customer service skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and their passion for pets. Depending on the position, there may be additional interviews or assessments before a final hiring decision and job offer are made.
The interview was average, very lengthy due to having to ask questions regarding safety. The interview was designed to see how you handle stress and working in a fast paced environment.
