I've applied to PetSmart for over a year. Finally got a call back, she asked me some questions over the phone. The interview was scheduled for 11:00am, I was there at 10:50. The lady told me to wander the store and they'd find me at 11. I left after waiting for almost an hour. If they can't even interview people on time (which is extremely inconsiderate and rude), I can't imagine what working for them is like. If they HAD interviewed me, I certainly wouldn't have accepted an offer.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
