Interview was straight forward asking about customer service and how you feel and knowledge about pets. After the interview with hiring manager i had an interview with the store leader. Last step was drug test and onboarding

Name one time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.
A few questions about my experience and ability to unload truck palettes. The assistant manager was wonderful and showed me around a bit, didn’t make me feel nervous, and actively listened.
