I was called the same day as I submitted my resume. We set up interview for the following day with Assistant store lead. The interview was about 45 mins long, he said he really liked me for the position and set me up the following day to meet with store manager. That interview was an hour and half long, we walked the store, he handed me a bag of dog food and asked me to sell it to him, at end of interview he handed me a drug test paper and told me he liked me and I'd hear from him after results of test.
