The entire recruitment process was transparent and straightforward. There is 3 key stages - 1st call with the talent manager/recruiter, future manager, product case review with peers.
I went through the three stages but did not get a final offer. I had a call with the talent manager/recruiter, who explained why I didn't get an offer, and that was it. Interesting experience.

The interview was very transparent and I got great feedback on the decision, afterwards. They offered a meeting to clearly explain why they did not pick me. Overall great experience.

One meeting with HR, one meeting with 2 Group Product Managers.
Later on it would have been a case study and 2 more interviews with higher level management.
Friendly people but I felt I was dicriminated based on no real feedback that is matching the interview skills.
