I’ve experienced a stellar interview process with Personio. The recruiting team was extremely helpful, guided me through every step of the process, kept me in the loop at all times. Also they always responded quickly, after every interview I heard back from them within a day.
There were a total of 4 interview stages:
1. Interview with the recruiter (Zoom)
2. Interview with the country manager (Zoom)
3. Case interview with future direct Manager & the country manager (Zoom)
4. Peer-value-founder interviews (Zoom)
In total I spoke with 7 different future employees. All of the interviews felt like genuine two way conversations to get to know each other and figure out if there was a fit from both sides. Unfortunately, due to covid-19, I didn’t get the opportunity to come onsite for the peer-value-founder interviews. However, throughout the stages they were able to provide me with a perfect impression of the product, the role, the company culture and their values.
I can’t wait to relocate to Dublin and join Personio in a couple of weeks and help build out the international sales hub!

Mehrere Stufen, basierend auch Erklärung der Rolle, einem Mock Call, und Feedback dazu. Nach drei Runden kam ich nicht weiter, aufgrund fehlender Akzeptanz von Feedback (ich hatte dieses in einem speziellen Fall in Frage gestellt)

The interview process was quite fast and very smooth with all of its many interviews. Communication was clear and I felt supported and valued from the very beginning of the process. There was clear instructions and tips for each interview, which made it feel safe and gave a chance to prepare and know a little bit of what to expect. All the interviewers were very professional as well as kind and friendly.

I had 3 interviews, all of them made with professionality, speed and respect. During the second one i did a roleplay, and in the last one i met 3 different people, but in general was really well made and fast. After 1 week maximum you can expect a feedback.
