Short but intense and very positive. I had my first interview with HR, for an overview of the position and to introduce myself (1h remote), the next was in person with the VP Product in the Madrid offices (1 h), the next ones were in remote with the CFO, HR, Office Manager in Munich and finally with the CEO of the company.I believe that each stage was important so that not only each one of them had a clearer idea about my profile and my knowledge, but also so that I could know more about the company and the possibilities of the position. In each interview I reiterated my desire to be part of Personio.
