Don’t waste your time by interviewing at Perficient if you are looking for Software Developer/BI profile. They are asking for 2 year Bond and 2,00,000/- cheque.
90% of people at Perficient doesn’t even know basics of ETL & BI terms, In an interview, they will ask you question which are not related with your profile.
I saw the requirement on one of the job portal and applied for the same, After some time I got a call from HR to discuss basic details and schedule an Interview.
1st round -> was a ok technical round related to DWH, SQL. The next day of the interview I got a call that I cleared my 1st round and they will be scheduling a second round of interviews with the manager/architect.
2nd Round -> Manager Round -> I answered all of them. Some generic questions were their related to project management can be easily answered by any experienced candidate. This interview went for 1.00 hours not sure what he was trying to examine.
After few days I tried to follow up on the update/feedback but HR team was saying HR Manager have family issue , I tried this for a couple of days more, send email to CEo, Manager, owner then they scheduled interview.
HR Round-> Now they are saying don't have budget. Why they scheduled interview, i think they have plenty of time to waste.
I spent almost 3 hours (Slow process took almost ) interviewing them but because of their GHOST HR policy I was not able to get an update on my interview process
Lastly, I came to know about my rejection by one of my connections working at the same workplace.
The moral of the story -> Don’t invest your time/energy by interviewing at this place because the roles and responsibilities they mentioned in JD do not align with their interview process.
The candidature examination is not defined/very poor.

Son 4 filtros y cada uno de ellos tardo mas de una semana en darme respues, hasta que paso el ultimo filtro donde la reclutadora me dio un feedback positivo y pidio algunos datos adicionales, despues de ello ya no me volvieron a contactar a pesar de que me dijeron que esperara la carta oferta. Dejandome con una experiencia agria sobre que esperar de un lugar donde no tienen respeto con la gente que participan en su proceso.

I applied online(LinkedIn) and got an email from the recruiter next week to schedule a call. The recruiter was nice, explained the role and requirements and discussed my interests. However, things didn't move further but I appreciate keeping me posted about the updates.

SqL is a must with which concepts of databases l.
