      #worstexperience #stopwastingtime #perficientnagpur #BIdeveloper I appeared for the interview process at Perficient Nagpur for Business Intelliegence developer position few days back and it was one of the saddest and the worst experience I have had so far. They took 2 technical rounds(offshore and onshore), 1 managerial and 1HR round. And after getting selected in all the rounds, they asked me if I am available to join on contractual position. Their job description did not mention about the contractual position before. I found it very weird and it has totally wasted my time and energy in giving interviews (sometimes on odd hours as well) . When I asked them why did they not tell me about this before, I got the response saying "This was not decided before but It's decided after your HR final round(taken by some GM).And the reason is not shared with me (HR who was in contact with me throughout the process)". I found it totally unacceptable and unprofessional as they did not share proper reason for wasting my time all along. And in the first place I did not get how can one decide after interview if the person should be joining on permanent position or contractual position? ! And in case you are not planning to extend an offer after the final HR round, have guts to reject the candidate or accept that you are not able to meet the package expectation rather than putting candidate on to weird spot of choosing between permanent/contract position. *Advice to the management is to take HR round as their first round so that they can decide if a person should be hired on contract or permanent role!
