4 interviews with the managers of 4 departments took place over the span of two days. Each interview was structured to assess different competencies and skills relevant to the specific department.

The interview selection was really pushy and in less then a week I had three interview with three different people. i've been selected for the position and to lead a team of two people but the economic proposal was embarrassing for the experience required.
