First, I did an over-the-phone screening interview. Technical questions were answered in a shared document online. The second round was an in-person interview at their Toronto location. Five 1-hour interviews in a small meeting room with a whiteboard. In each 1-hr slot, I was interviewed by two team members and answered most questions on the white board.
