I saw the position on my university's job board. I sent my resume through there, and you also need to complete a sales assessment. I then spoke to pepsico at the career fair (i'm really not sure if this made any sort of difference). They invited me to interview on campus and to also attend their information session. I thought the interview was pretty informal. The recruiter just got off his plane and had no one's resumes or anything. The questions were pretty laid back and he was friendly. It is a VERY competitive position, since they are looking for their future leaders of their company to continually promote. I wasn't expecting much, but they never sent even a stock letter of rejection. A little rude, but I guess that's what happens when you interview for a nationwide position!
