First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

There is 2 rounds of interviews. The first is just goes over basic questions. The second is a series of interviews with supervisors managers and plant directors over your resume and a scenario question to see how you would handle a daily situation at work.
