Very informational and Inviting people to interview with. The explained the position and questioned me with good questions that helped describe myself in work settings and personal settings. Probably my favorite interview process that I went through

Pregunta 1
Give a time where you had to step up to be a leader in a difficult time.
Took a while for them to get back to me (17 days from my first interview to second round.)
Overall fairly simple process, was conversational and basic behavioral questions that aligned with the job description.
Fairly easy; only behavioural questions were asked. HRs are pretty kind and friendly. They love to have more students join in and spend longer than 4 months in one location, so they can get more experience.
Only 1 interview, STAR-based questions, and very straightforward if you do your research beforehand. Not anything too crazy, and if you look at other reviews, they can give you all the questions they would ask.
