First round interview was in video format, with no interviewer. I was asked questions and then my answers were recorded. I was given a specific time to think about my answer for each question and then give my answer. It was a quick process.

Interview process spanned from self-recorded interview (for HR) to two more rounds of interviews with the wider Comms Team. It included two tasks, both extremely reasonable, and questions were a mix of scenario + competency based ones
