First, I had a 15 minute phone screening with a woman in HR. She informed me that I would be interviewing with the woman who would be my mentor. The next phone call was much longer. It was about a 20 minute interview with HR, then 40 minute interview with the publicity manager. The HR rep seemed a little bored, but I really bonded with the team that I was going to be working with.
