I had a phone interview (about 2hrs). then, I flew and drove to Wallingford, for an interview with 4 managers and with the director. I received a tour. I was interviewed by 1 of the people I whom I might supervise. I received an offer at the end of this exhausting day, and accepted. My first day I had a benefits review, and I started! I was given tremendous latitude as to my work.
