I interviewed for the Admissions Counselor role in 2020. I met with Theresa for the first and second interviews. It was a really unique and fun interview experience. First, I recorded answers to questions in a 1 way interview. Then, I had my initial interview with Theresa. She invited me to the second interview at the end of the first. In between, I studied the company, tried lessons, and read reviews. The second interview was a more in depth discussion of the role, including expectations, fun parts of the job and potential challenges. It was clear that she really cared to make sure that I had a well rounded perspective of the role and the impact on the company.
