Contact from the recruiter was swift and professional, and I was scheduled for an interview fairly quickly after my initial screen. I felt that the interview went fairly well and was excited by the opportunity, and enjoyed my conversation with the hiring manager. They use the "A Method" for interviewing based on the book "Who" by Geoff Smart and Randy Street which resulted in lots of questions about what managers from your 4 most recent roles would say. Looking back, I was unprepared to answer these questions, which I believe is what caused me not to receive an offer. Do yourself a favor and read the book before the interview to help you formulate responses to these questions. The process ended with a canned decline response, which felt a little impersonal after the rest of the process.
