Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Pebl (Denver, CO) en abr 2017
Entrevista
Very defined process, yet still conversational and transparent in nature. I had several opportunities throughout the process to ask and address any of my questions and concerns as well, which I found to be refreshingly unique. I also met with several individuals from the company who really reflected the culture well, in addition to their evident passion for what they do.

Was reached out by the Velocity via LinkedIn multiple times to connect. When the CV was shared, I have never heard back with no feedback. Even if the application was not successful, recruiting team has the responsibility of keeping the candidate updated and care about the candidate experience. Unsure if this was just done to increase the reach out rate or response rate for the KPI but it’s frustrating from candidate perspective to be simply ghosted after being actively prospected. Recruiting is the face of the company, and doing so damages the branding of the company. I hope the company understands the importance of candidate experience and how it contributes to the employer branding. Also, the signatory of the reach out message was duplicated at the end of the message. Might be worth checking the content sent to candidates.
