the phone interview was almost 45 mins long. it covered all the background requirments and behavior question. the HR lady was actually very nice and professional. in the end of the phone interview, she did mentioned that would like to bring me in for the on-site interview, and will call me back by end of the day. it has been 3 days now, I haven't heard a word from them. I guess that is a NO for them.
