3 level hiring process. Received a weeding out phone call followed by a in person interview. The phone questions were basic, pretty much a review of my resume followed by the setting up of an interview. The in person interview took about 45 minutes. The questions were more intense. Looking for evidence of sales success, your sales process, thinking, etc.

Solid process with clearly defined and executed steps. Met with key people and had great conversations with all of them. Overall, it was a great interview process. I would be happy to interview with them at any time.
