I applied online on 3/16. Was contacted by my recruiter the morning of 3/17 to schedule a phone screening. This was scheduled the following Monday, 3/21. The phone screening was nothing to stress over, just a conversation to discuss your career goals and what brought you to apply for Paycom. While on the phone, we scheduled my interview with a team lead and supervisor in the department I was applying for for that Thursday, 3/24. My recruiter also asked if I would be available for a prep call the day prior to my interview and we scheduled that. The prep call with your recruiter is a MUST. My recruiter was extremely helpful and by the end of the prep call, I felt extremely confident for my interview the next day. I was given a call that Friday, the day after my interview, offering me the position. This process flowed well and having a recruiter helped to ask any questions in preparation for interviews/questions about the company.

The interview process was easy and everyone I met seemed nice. The role seemed quite stressful and the pay did not match the workload, level of complexity, or stress level.
