LONG process. Give you a gift card for even making it through. Expect you to get a sale during the interview process. Long, hard process. Would not recommend for someone who is looking to start somewhere ASAP.

The interview process was incredibly quick. Started with a phone call with the recruiter and right into an inperson interview. The final step is an in person presentation of the product given to the manager and the whole in-office team

Initial screening with my recruiter then on site interview with manager. I withdrew my application upon meeting with manager due to his in unprofessionalism. He was late. Only asked me about myself then proceeded to explain why i wouldn’t be fit due to the team being in office by 7am and I am accustom to remote. I expressed I am looking to transition to being in office. I appreciate the recruiters interest in understanding why the process was off putting. It was disrespectful to my time and effort.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Manager asked me about myself but did not ask any questions to showcase my ability in being a fit for the role. Made assumptions of my abilities based on a ten minute conversation in which manager was late. I spent a lot of time preparing by researching the company and industry and wasn’t even asked why i want to work for paycom. After this experience, it was made clear i wouldn’t want to work for this company due to their lack of respect for those taking the time out of their schedule. I withdrew my application.

The person doing the interview process is very good at their job. It was a typical interview process. Thorough with their questions. Answered my questions well and cast the vision of the role.
