A recruiter will reach out for a phone screening. Once you pass the the screening, you will be offered a interview via zoom. If you do well with the initial interview, they schedule a final interview with the director of the department.

It was smooth, and the recruiter was great. They were upfront about the pay, hours, and duties in the role. I ended up not pursuing the role as the salary was not high enough, but they really emphasized all the opportunities to grow within PayCom.
