This was the most unprofessional company I have ever interviewed with. I was contacted through a recruiter to interview for this company. My first phone interview was with the HR and although he called late, we had a good chat about the company, my background and my resume. They sent me a coding challenge that I had to complete in a week using BDD. I submitted the completed assignment within the time allotted and was waiting to hear back. After a week, as I had not heard back, I sent a follow up email to the HR I was corresponding with. She responded saying that they would like to move forward to On-site interview. We co-ordinated a time and day for me to go on-site, but one day before my interview they informed me that they had scheduled my interview incorrectly and that they had internally dispositioned the role incorrectly and mis-assigned feedback. I understand mistakes happened but it was the most unprofessional method of communicating the information.
