Overall interview process was poorly handled. Proceeded to complete and pass a questionnaire. Received notification that someone internally was hired for the position. Company shouldn't have posted the job prior to seeking internal candidates. It's insulting to anyone applying outside the organization, but it's more insulting that someone currently working for the company. Didn't get a second interview despite passing the questionnaire which took longer than implied and frankly has no merit as to a person's personality or qualifications for a position.
