Had a chat with the store manager where we discussed my interests, experience and why you wish to work for Patagonia. It was a relaxed chat, I got the sense they just want to see if you're a right fit for the team and what your availability is. Second stage was an online interview with someone in the European headquarters, where we went more in detail on any relevant experience, and answered a few questions about how I would solve certain problems. Everyone was friendly and easy going throughout the process.
