Applied online for the position. Received a phone call from an office staff member to review my application, the position requirements, and set up a time to interview on site. When I arrived for the interview, it took awhile before one of the behavioral therapists came to get me; we were joined a few minutes later by an occupational therapist who had been there for about a year at most. They seemed bored by the interview and took turns reading interview questions off a sheet. I did not meet anyone from management. The occupational therapist gave me a tour of the facility after the interview and then rushed away to meet a client, leaving me to find my way out of the building.
