All candidates have a portfolio of their previous work. The design and graphic skills of a candidate (such as they are) are very evident from their portfolio and so while we do discuss design with candidates, we also ask about the technical side of architecture. We are looking for well rounded professionals who have an equal interest in the technical aspects of the profession as they do in design.
