Initial phone screen, 3 hours of video call interviews with multiple members of the team at each level of seniority. Questions mostly focused on resume, qualifications, describing the role, personality fit with the team. Coordinated with recruiting/hiring manager throughout the interview process.

Went through all 3 rounds of the interview process and got great feedback but was completely ghosted after the final interview. Sent multiple follow ups and still heard nothing back - very unprofessional. :(

The interview was not difficult. The panel was mostly interested in "fit" and not skillset. They assume anyone HR schedules for in person interviews has the skills for the job. They critique your clothing (winkled? color coordinated?). They are looking for confidence, an interest in continuing education (CFA or masters), and a professional personality. Being engaged, but not too chatty is the key to a successful interview.
