Long, lots of questions. Had to go through a series of three separate interviews over 2 months. Was able to initially get answers about the technical aspects of the job (benefits, salary), but did have to go through repeat steps all the way to the company president.

A little bit longer than normal. Three rounds of interviews, mostly with the same people, however the end was with the vice president. I would have accepted the offer had there not been a better one that came in between the interviews. There was also a months long wait before I even heard back. It was a little weird because they seemed very excited about working there during the whole process.
