The interview began with self introduction by the interviewer and seconded by me the applicant. After thorough conversation the interviewr ask me about my experience and how capable I am in using Xero as the main tool for bookkeeping. Overall, the interview is very subjective. I learned a lot and I know for myself that they don't wan't me in.
