I called asking if they were hiring.they then set up an interview, they asked me a few questions, I got a callback asking me when i was available so i could do job training.
Very laid back and easy. Talked about what I liked to do in my free time and how I would respond to rude individuals. was not threatening in the slightest

They email you back with a schedule of an interview (once you've submitted an application online) and then you go in person for the interview. They will let you know that they will contact you in a few days and then you either hear back that you got the position or you don't hear back at all.
