I put in 10-12 hours of research and thought that I did a great job, and was told as such with 0 negative feedback. Was passed over by another candidate. Every time comp was mentioned, the question was dodged and ultimately feel I was passed over due to previous comp being much higher than the reality of what the position offered. Was required to provide W2's prior to panel.
