I was contacted via email that I was selected for a phone screen after my initial application and asked what would be a good time for me. The first interviewer I spoke to (about a week later) didn't ask any technical questions but mostly asked me about myself and my interests, he was very interesting and easy to talk to. The second phone screen was a week later and consisted of a series of technical questions increasing in difficulty
