Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Palantir Technologies
Entrevista
1 call with recruiter
1 call with FDE with technical problem
3 onsite interviews (system design, debug, and algo)
Palantir seems like a company that likes to waste everyones time. They interview 100 candidates a week and barely give any offers. They waste your time on calls and this full day interview. Theyre better off screening better from the beginning. They clearly think they are the most superior and that anyone would be lucky to work for them. Definitely do not recommend this place for a 'team' environment. Seems that they care mostly about selling the most product. They probably have more recruiters then engineers just to waste everyones time. Not happy at all with the process and how much of my time they wasted
Should also mention that all my interviews went very well, and having been interviewing and in the software space for years, very surprised. They only want a very specific person, but invite everyone and anyone.
Applied on their website and then received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I expected to be interviewed by the recruiter (the person who sent me the email) but instead was called by one of their engineers.

They asked me what was the hardest challenge I solved and then asked how SLAM works.
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.

I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.
