Did not have a recruiter phone screen, jumped straight to an interview with another admin. About a week goes by, and they asked to fit two more interviews in ASAP with more admin team members. Fine, all good, I make myself available even though I’m traveling outside the US. One of the interviewers seems to be very sincere when she tells me she enjoyed our talk. A week goes by, I follow up, and hear back the team is busy at an offsite. Another week goes by, I follow up, nothing. About three weeks later I received an email letting me know they “ determined that we do not have a position that is a strong match for your qualifications at this time.” But also I was great to work with during the process.
