Got a call from the recruiter about PL Re's Graduate Finance Analyst role. No phone screening. First round interview consisted of a verbal reasoning test and a written test (writing emails and a mini-essay), 2:1 face-to-face with 2 managers that included a lot of competency questions though nothing too difficult to answer. They got back to me 2 days later telling me I was through to final round a week later. This was with a finance director and HR - again, nothing too difficult, they wanted to know whether we would fit in with their culture (open and flat, lots of senior management exposure).
