You sit with about 15 other applicants and they go through about a 20 minute orientation and tell you about the company and what they are looking for. They then bring you back to a separate room in groups of three, and then ask each of you two questions, the first is "Tell us about what you like in a company?" The other is "Tell us about yourself?" The orientation cues you in, just pay attention and answer your questions in an honest and positive manner and you should do well.
