Was called to a 1PM interview at 10AM the same day. Interview consisted of speaking with the CEO, followed by the VP and another business manager. I was asked to start learning some of the techniques of the lab that afternoon, before completing any onboarding whatsoever. I should have known this was going to be a mistake.
