I applied online and was contacted by HR to interview. Two interviews were scheduled, one with the hiring manager, and another with a manager in HR. I thought it was a bit odd that the hiring manager interview was first before the HR interview, but the initial interview went well! However in my 2nd interview, HR let me know that there was another role that was even better suited to my experience. After discussing it with them, we were both excited to move forward, and HR wanted to set me up to interview with a hiring manager from a different team. Unfortunately, that's where the trail went cold. I followed up a few times, but effectively, I was ghosted. Several weeks passed, and I was contacted again by their HR to interview for yet another role. So I replied with my availability, followed up once more, and was ghosted, again! They seem a little disorganized, to say the least.
