The whole process was taken place in a professional manner. HR replied to your questions quickly. The first interview took about 30 minutes. It focused on finding out who you were, what you understood about PUMA from a strategic perspective, etc. The second interview was more laid back. In my opinion, the purpose of the second interview was for the head of the team to get to know the candidate at a more personal level. In other words, he or she needed to have a feeling if they could work together as a team.
