Completed 3 interviews and made it to the last round of the hiring process between one other candidate and myself. The Interview process took approximately 6 weeks from initially hearing from the hiring manager to being told that they selected a different candidate. Overall, the questions asked were standard entry-level life science industry questions and were not technical in nature. The hiring manager, department manager, and associate director I spoke to were all very friendly, approachable, and professional. Besides not receiving an offer, it was a pleasant interviewing process.
