The interview was initially 10 minute preliminary zoom interview. They asked to arrange a time and then the interview lasted for around seven minutes, it was a very quick and easy process.

It was laid back. No basic interview questions were asked. Just wanted to get to know your experience. Helpful if you have prior retail experience in stressful/busy environments and have worked under pressure.
